Lead Photographer Louise holds a degree in Photojournalism from The University of the Arts in London and this respect for the authentic moment is the foundation of the approach we take - blended with considered portraiture that never feels forced.

We are emotionally collaborative photographers, always sensitive to any couple’s enjoyment of the day. We avoid creating disruptions or removing people from the real moment. Through careful pre-planning we ensure we’re prepared for any situation and can fully immerse ourselves in the moments as they un- fold. We always have weather contingency plans in place to maintain a smooth workflow and explore locations with an open mind, seeking unique opportunities, and transforming them into photographic gems.
We opt for 2-3 shorter portrait sessions lasting 5-10 minutes each spread across the day and at times which make sense, to allow clients personal moments amidst the celebrations without being away from their guests for too long. We keep posing to a minimum to ensure the authenticity of these portrait moments remains intact and offer just enough direction to put our couples at ease. These moments are designed to enhance the couple’s day and provide a moment of calm and connection between them.
We guarantee all wedding photographs delivered within 8 weeks and previews within 5 working days of your wedding. We deliver via a password protected online gallery and after the event you also receive all the film negatives in a keepsake envelope. Every photograph can be comfortably printed up to 20'' x 24'' and can be presented in a modern leather-bound luxury wedding photo albumon request.

The film photographs we capture are delivered to you as a high resolution jpegs and you also receive the physical negatives in a keepsake leather folder. Darkroom hand prints can be created from these negatives on request.
DARKROOM HAND PRINTS.
Our film photographs can be printed by hand in a darkroom and delivered to you in contemporary wooden frames on request.
SUPER 8mm wedding VIDEOS.
We offer dreamy and nostalgic moving image in the form of a Super 8mm movie captured on authentic Kodak motion picture film and set to music when shared on social media.

After the wedding we deliver you all the Super 8mm film reels and the videos on a usb.

We use authentic movie film to capture precious moments which due to the motion picture film’s unique colours and aesthetic, remain timeless and beautiful for years to come.
Based in London, UK, we can travel anywhere in the world to create a Super 8 mm wedding video for you. You can book this service in combination with our wedding photography or on its own.

Where are you based and do you travel for weddings?
We’re based in London, England and can travel anywhere in the world to capture your wedding.
When would I receive my photos and videos?
We deliver photo previews within a week of your wedding date. The full gallery and videos are delivered within 8 weeks.
Do you shoot both film and digital?
Yes, we use all the best film and digital cameras available to capture your day. We carry a mirrorless digital kit as well as medium format and 35mm film cameras. We use these cameras throughout the day, selecting the best option at the time based on our artistic preference and the moment in front of us.
How do I secure a date with you?
We work on a basis of a 50% booking fee and completed booking form to secure any date.
Do you cover elopements or multi-day weddings?
Yes we do and have experience shooting both of these types of wedding. We love intimate celebrations but we’re equally comfortable shooting large scale weddings taking place over more than one day and have captured weddings ranging in size from 2 to 500 people.
What size resolution are the images, how large can they be printed?
Each photograph is delivered at 300dpi and can be comfortably printed up to 20” x 24”.
Are the photographs delivered professionally retouched?
Yes, all our photos are individually checked and professionally retouched if needed. Louise worked as a professional photographic retoucher for six years before founding Taylor & Porter. One of the beauties of real film is that so little retouching is required as skin tones and colours are so flattering when captured on real film and combined with our shooting style.
